Reporting directly to the CFO this role will partner the sales and marketing teams in the IK and as the Analyst you will be required to prepare the monthly and quarterly marketing forecast, present the review and forecast to the senior management team and undertake projects such as sensitivity analysis.

Our client, a leading media provider is looking for an In House Recruitment Specialist to join the new In House Recruitment Team.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment this is a Greenfield site where the In House Recruitment Specialist will be charged with developing a direct hire model from scratch. Initially you will partner the creative web team focussing on Web Designers, Optimisers and Content Managers. You will use all angles to reduce agency reliance including Social and Business Networking sites coupled with referrals and Head Hunting techniques.
The Person
The In House Recruitment Specialist will have a proven background in recruiting within a creative Media/IT business. You will be tenacious and able to build a direct hire model from a stand still.
