Reporting directly to the CFO this role will partner the sales and marketing teams in the IK and as the Analyst you will be required to prepare the monthly and quarterly marketing forecast, present the review and forecast to the senior management team and undertake projects such as sensitivity analysis.

Recruitment Specialist in Surrey

Our client, a leading technology provider is looking for an In House Recruitment Specialist to lead the company's direct sourcing strategy.
The Role
Reporting into the Human Resources Business Partner this is a Greenfield site where the In House Recruitment Specialist will be charged with developing a direct hire model from scratch. You will use all angles to reduce agency reliance including Social and Business Networking sites coupled with referrals and Head Hunting techniques.
The Person
The In House Recruitment Specialist will be degree educated (or equivalent) and have a proven background in direct sourcing within a complex business. You will be tenacious and able to build a direct hire model from a stand still.
