We are working with an international organisation in Redhill who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key duties of the role will include: ·Entering supplier invoices into the accounting system ·Dealing with supplier queries ·Preparing invoices for payment runs ·Posting payments onto the accounting system ·Processing weekly and monthly timesheets ·Setting up new employees on the system ·Assisting with annual audit process ·Other ad hoc duties such as filing
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. Excellent computer skills and an intermediate level of Excel is essential. You will be confident, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
In return, you will be offered free on-site parking and a company pension scheme. AAT study support will be provided to the successful candidate.
