A 6 month fixed term contract has arisen in Horsham within a very progressive organisation. Our fantastic client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the business with an immediate start and provide administrative support in the accounting function.
Your day to day duties will include ·Sales ledger - ensuring all sales invoices are accurately recorded ·Credit Control - Chasing payments and ensuring payments are made on time ·Purchase ledger - process invoices and ensure all invoices are authorised and coded ·Process expenses and ensure expenses are paid on time ·Payment runs ·Bank reconciliations ·Financial analysis and reporting ·Manage the finance inbox
