We are looking for a temp to join a business in Horsham on an ongoing basis for 3 months to help out at this busy time.

Key responsibilities:
*Entering purchase invoices into Sage 50 Accounts
*Entering bank receipts and payments as required
*Completing monthly bank reconciliations on Sage 50 Accounts
*Resolving any issues arising from the bank reconciliations
*Customer invoicing
*Liaising with other areas of the business
*Performing supplier payment runs
*Assisting in all Filing with in the department
*Imputing information into excel for reports

The client will consider Full time or part time hours over

Full time hours 9-5:30pm Part time 25 hours per week
1 hour for lunch
Parking on Site
