We are looking for someone to join this fast paced, busy company based in Central London as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
The main duties associated with this role include, but are not limited to:
·Supervising and maintaining purchase ledger ·Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements ·Processing monthly expenses ·Liaising with suppliers with regards to invoices and account queries ·Other reasonable duties as may be necessary
The ideal candidate for this role will:
·Have 1-3 years experience within a similar role ·Experience processing a large volume of invoices ·Experience with Quickbooks desirable
