We are now looking for someone to join this busy and fast paced company as an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.
The primary duties associated with this role include, but are not restricted to:
·Supervise and maintain Sales Ledger ·Monthly client statement reconciliation ·Liaise with clients regarding invoice and account queries ·Request remittance advise from clients whenever required ·Weekly client disbursements recharges ·Process and maintain Direct Debits ·Monthly maintenance of Deferred Income schedule ·Other reasonable duties as may be necessary
The ideal candidate for this role will:
·Possess 1-3 years experience within a similar role ·Demonstratable experience processing a large volume of invoices ·Experience with Quickbooks desirable ·Strong Excel skills
