We are looking for an accounts Payable Assistant to work within a busy and growing Finance department reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
·Daily Duties will involve: ·Coding Invoices ·Processing Invoices ·Matching and coding of invoices ·Working with the budget holders ·Preparing supplier payment runs ·Allocation of Payments ·Dealing with new Supplier information and forms ·Analysing aged creditor reports and information ·Managing intrastate returns
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as part of a team where you will have worked in a busy accounts Payable team so you will be able to hit the ground running.
