An international media organisation are looking to add to their well established Accounts Payable function in the city of London.
We are looking to speak to experienced Accounts Payable Assistants to take ownership of a high volume workload with a particular interest within the media industry.
Duties and responsibilities to include: ·Inputting invoices ·Matching all invoices to purchase orders ·Managing the weekly payment run (BACS/ CHAPS/ cheques/ cash) ·Processing staff expense claims ·Unallocated cash journal transfers ·Month end reconciliation ·Company card expense reports ·Maintaining Accounts Payable inbox/ queries
