We are working with a reportable accountancy firm based in Crawley who are looking for an accounts receivable professional to join a team of 4 reporting to the credit manager where you will be responsible for processing of cash, and other receivables related duties.
Duties of the role ·Accurately allocating payments to customer accounts ·Updating payment source of money received ·Manage direct debit changes Processing refunds where correctly approved · Take and process credit card payments from clients · Collation, processing and banking of cheques · Process write-offs and bad debt requests where required ·Processing refunds ·Maintaining and updating weekly/ monthly and quarterly reports ·Weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
The ideal candidate will ideally have ·Minimum of 1 year's office experience undertaking financial duties ·Experience working in an accounting environment ·Working knowledge and sound understanding of all Microsoft office packages especially MS Excel ·Exceptional query resolution skills ·Excellent attention to detail Benefits: ·On site parking ·Completive salary £22,000pa ·Pension ·9-5 working Hours - Monday to Friday If you think you have the right skills to join this team, then get in touch.
