We are looking for an accounts Receivable professional to join a finance team based in East Grinstead where you will work as part of a small team and report to the Finance Manager
Duties will consist off: ·Credit Control ·Entering high volume sales' invoices ·Produce and send monthly statements ·Posting cash receipts ·Processing approved credit notes ·Reconcile the monthly statement from HQ ·Liaising with the sales department on invoice content
Key Skills required: ·Experience of working with in an Accounts Receivable position ·Multi currency exposure · SAP systems exposure would be Advantageous ·Excel - V-look ups, Pivot tables
Benefits: ·Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 ·25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays(Rises with long service ) ·Annual Performance related bonus ·Full sick pay (for three months, then half pay for three more months, then quarter pay after that). ·Life assurance/Death in service.
