We are actively working with a growing mortgage advisory business, who are now recruiting for an Area Compliance Manager; to provide a 'hands on' advisory and supervisory service to their Mortgage Advisors. JOB DETAILS
This includes adjusting the support in line with each individual Advisors experience and personality, as well as evolving the support in accordance with changes in legislation.
This is a newly-created role; within which you will cover their Surrey, Sussex and south London offices, with a likely split of 3 days in the offices and 2 days working from home.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have experience within a similar Compliance-related role within the Mortgages industry. You will need to hold the CeMAP or R01 and CF6 qualifications, and experience of the UK Equity Release market would be beneficial.
