Due to a period of growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the third party Pensions administration field, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Process Consultant to join their successful team on a permanent basis; to support the wider business in the administration work that it provides (and has won numerous awards for) to clients.

Within this role, you will take a lead position in understanding and analysing current administrative procedures, plotting improvements and then rolling these out across the business; inc. providing templates and process checklists whilst remaining within regulatory frameworks.

Experience-wise, the successful candidate will be working in a similar process improvement-type role within the UK Pensions-industry; with demonstrable abilities to design and delivery improvements to current administrative processes across a large team/office. You will ideally also have gained previous experience of administering Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions schemes, and you should have experience of working closely with clients and internal management teams - ensuring the delivery of accurate Pensions administration services - as well as being an accurate and effective communicator. Being PMI qualified (or 'qualified by experience) would also be advantageous.
