Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a globally respected Employee Benefits Consultancy on an exciting opportunity following a strong period of growth.
As the Employee Benefits Consultant you will be expected to successfully manage a portfolio of clients varying in size (sme, mid market and large corporate) and provide a full range of consulting services across their Group Risk (Critical Illness, Group Protection & Life Insurance) and Healthcare (Private Medical Insurance) arrangements. To be considered for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate in depth Employee Benefits knowledge with a proven background working in similar consulting positions.
My client are currently all working remotely still, but would like the successful candidate to be able to visit either their Birmingham or Bristol office 1-2 times a week post lockdown. Depending on experience a basic salary of between £60,000 - £75,000 will be offered in addition to a comprehensive benefits package in return for your hard work.
