Are you an Employee Benefits professional looking for the next step in your career and seeking a role with more client management responsibilities?

As a Senior Client Administrator you will need to provide support to the Consultants within the team to ensure portfolio's are managed and administered efficiently and effectively. This will include attending meetings when required, managing the relationship with existing clients, on boarding new clients, act as a technical point of contact within the Employee Benefits team and wider business and providing training and maintenance to junior colleagues. It is essential that the successful candidate has worked in a similar position before and must have previous Employee Benefits experience. It would be a huge advantage if you have previous experience working with Healthcare (Private Medical Insurance) schemes.
