An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Support role to join a well established Financial Services firm based in Birmingham. The main purpose of this role will be to
Provide Proactive and efficient administration of Group Personal Pension and Group Stakeholder schemes through direct support to Associate Consultants, Consultants and Clients with regards to Group Personal Pension and Group Stakeholder schemes. The role will involve regular client, Consultant and provider contact and back office administration. This is an exciting technical role which will involve assisting with client requests, queries and dealing with routine correspondence and annual review notifications.

The right candidate will have a good technical understanding of group pensions and be confident dealing with client and employer queries. A good understanding of wider employer benefits would also be an advantage.

This is an exciting and varied role win which the successful candidate will join an already highly established client services team in an interesting role./ You will also be rewarded with a good salary and excellent company benefits
