A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pensions professional with a proven background in team management seeking a challenge within a rapidly growing organisation.

You will be responsible for around a team of 10-15 employees made of up Administrators, Senior Administrators and Team Leaders. You will need to work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are managed and achieved whilst liaising with the Client Managers to ensure client satisfaction. In addition to this you will need to perform reviews and appraisals, identify areas in need of training and deliver the necessary resources, work closely with the data solutions team to streamline and improve processes. It is essential you have a wealth of knowledge around Occupational (defined benefits and defined contribution) Pension schemes and have a proven track record in team management.
