Alexander Lloyd are continuing to work with one of the UK's most reputable Pensions administration businesses, who are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join them on a permanent basis! This role will be split between office and home working.
As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for providing support to the Pension Managers by allocating the daily work load, completing appraisals and one to ones, providing training and guidance to new and junior members of the team and complete cradle to grave administration on Defined Benefits Pension schemes.
It is essential you have previous experience at the Senior Pensions Administrator level, or at least with experience of checking work and managing workflows and performance of junior colleagues; pertaining to DB/Final Salary schemes.
