We are looking to speak with experienced Payroll Assistants to work for an organisation based in Brighton on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for the monthly payroll for all areas and departments within the business, ensuring accurate processing of payroll records by entering data onto the HR and Payroll system.
Duties and responsibilities include: ·Inputting and reconciling monthly claims and expenses ·Inputting/ reconciling absence input including calculating SSP and sick pay entitlements ·Processing court orders and statutory payments, GAYE, childcare scheme deductions ·Processing monthly starters, leavers and amending contracts ·Pension admin - ensuring auto enrolment requirements are compiled with communications ·Weekly/ monthly ad hoc reporting ·Assisting with month-end and year end procedures
