The Company -This well known and highly regarded organisation are currently recruiting an HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a 12 months fixed term cover contract where you will add value and presence to the HR team and assist with Generalist HR duties

The Role-Some of the duties include-all areas of Recruitment involving registering roles with agencies, looking through cvs and shortlisting candidates for interviewing. You will also liaise with the hiring managers to discuss these positions and will also ocassionally get involved in 1st stage interviewing too. You will be required to enter new employee details on to the HR system and then put together an Induction plan as well as providing all information for all new starters to payroll and update all structure charts accordingly. You will be heavily involved in Implementation of new policy documents, processes and procedures as well as dealing with and setting up probation reviews, Finally, you will be familiar with an HR database and will be required to get involved in other HR projects as necessary through the HR team.

The Person- The successful candidate will have a solid and thorough HR experience across the board as well as sound knowledge and a background in the HR market. You will be a good team player, with a strong background for dealing with customers in a face to face environment and be prepared to turn your hand to many different tasks. You will have strong Excel and Word skills, be a good communicator and be numerate
