We are working with a large organisation who are looking for an HR Systems Advisor to join the team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role will pay from £25,000 to £27,000 pro rata.
Key responsibilities of the role will include: ·Be the first point of contact for HR system related queries ·Implement and maintain new and existing HR systems ·Identify ways to improve efficiency ·Setting up and maintaining the system background ·Develop and deliver a training package to support the system implementation ·Create data reports on recruitment, absence, turnover, retention and pay ·Develop a schedule of reporting for internal and external purposes
The ideal candidate will have similar experience in a similar role, as well as a proven track record in system implementation within a HR function.
This position will require travel from Brighton to Hastings, so accessibility to a car is essential.
