Alexander Lloyd are working with an international organisation based on the south east coast seeking an HR Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis. This position will be responsible for delivery of accurate HR analysis to the company's stakeholders efficiently and effectively.
Sitting within the busy HR function you will be responsible for: ·Developing and maintaining databases and spreadsheets ·Collating and processing payroll and benefit data ·Metrics reports: headcount/ FTE/ turnover, absence management, reasons for leaving, new starter details, payroll and P11D reporting and benefits ·Providing knowledge and support across the HR team for all HR analytics requests
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following: ·Experience using analytic and statistical skills ·Ability to apply statistical techniques to HR data ·Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office titles/ Advanced excel ability ·Implement and change methods to update, simplify and enhance reporting processes ·Car driver would be an advantage as you will need to visit other offices.
