If you have claims assessing experience from a Group or Individual Risk insurance perspective (covering Life Assurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness schemes) and you're now looking for a new challenge to develop your career; to be gained whilst working for an engaging, FTSE 100 firm in their Sussex offices, then this is the ideal role for you!

Within this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of 6 Claims Assessors; ensuring that their work is completed accurately and in line with KPIs, as well as conducting training, appraisals, recruitment and leading a variety of projects on an ad hoc basis.
