Key responsibilities will include;
* Transforming broker and client data into useable and clear information to enable key business decisions * Analysis of trends, benchmarking and investigating market comparisons * Use business tools to generate visuals (powerBI, salesforce, Heatmaps etc.) * Improve efficiencies and quality of information * Cost tracking of acquisitions * Create Power BI dashboards * Analysis of broker and client data on a global scale
* Demonstrable experience of partnering the business including senior stakeholders * Advanced Excel * Power BI skills * Experience in a broker / insurance environment * Able to deliver clear and concise information
