JOB DETAILS

Following a sustained period of success and growth, an award winning Employee Benefits Consultancy are currently looking to add a Senior Pensions Administrator on a permanent basis to their Cheltenham based team.

This is a really expansive position with lots of responsibilities outside of the usual Senior Pensions Administrator role. You will be working on both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, however you will also need to manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for ensuring all aspects of administration are completed. This will include completing annual benefit statements, prepare manual and automated calculations and attend client meetings where ever necessary. It will also be your responsibility to step in for the Team Leader in their absence and provide guidance and support to your junior colleagues.

The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a wealth of knowledge and experience within the Pensions industry, including being completely up to date with all relevant legislation. As well as being able to complete full 'cradle to grave' administration on DB and DC schemes, you will need to be comfortable and confident when dealing with clients either face to face or over the phone and able to build upon new or existing relationships. It will be beneficial if you are currently taking the PMI qualification and essential to be strong using Microsoft Excel and word.
