A well established Financial Services firm based in the heart of Cheshire have an exciting opportunity for a sales support administrator to join their team. You will be responsible for all aspects of sales support and will be dealing with advisers on a regular basis. Working as part of the administrative SIPP and SASS team you will be responsible for the following duties:
* provide administration support for the field based Business Development Manager (BDM) team * prepare new business packs including illustrations for advisers * assist with marketing requests for sales aids, brochures, literature, etc * Where required you may also be required to assist BDMs at adviser visits, seminars, training events, etc., held out of the office.
The right candidate will have a sound understanding of SIPP and SSAS as you will be expected to assist advisers with general queries. To be successful in this position you should be able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with advisers and deliver an exceptional service, product training can also be provided where necessary. The role is extremely varied and you will need to be able to work under pressure. You will be part of a small team and also be expected to share knowledge and help out other members of the team as necessary.
