An award winning Pensions Consultancy who have recently won and on boarded various new clients are currently looking to add an experienced Pensions Team Leader to their busy and vibrant Sussex based team.
Your main responsibility will be the overall management and running of the Pensions Team. You will be directly responsible for the daily allocation of work load, completing appraisals and one to ones, setting and ensuring targets are achieved, creating monthly reports and attending regular meetings with senior management.
It is essential that the successful candidate possesses experience of running a team of Pension Administrators covering both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes. You will need to consider yourself a subject matter expert on these schemes and have experience of working on technical and complex projects. It will be a huge advantage if you hold/working towards the PMI qualification.
