A well known retailer based in Crawley are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis
The Role This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part a busy Finance department, Assisting the Financial Controller with responsibilities such as: * Printing supplier invoices * Sending invoices for approvals from and then scanning into system once approved * Ensure invoices are entered within set time frames * Supplier statement reconciliations * Processing supplier payments * Be the first point of contact with creditors and manage all queries internally & externally
The Person The successful candidate will have 1-2 years experience in a similar role with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ideally studying AAT with advanced Excel ability
