We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a finance team based in Crawley on a temp to perm basis. The ideal candidate will be someone that has used SAP and is looking for a temp to perm position.
Duties will consist off ·Assisting in the process of Payroll ·Preparing Payroll for 60 staff and getting sign off from the financial controller. ·Managing the company car list ·Credit Card Reconciliation ·Bank Reconciliation ·Assisting with the Fixed Asset journals ·Managing the weekly payment runs ·Assisting Purchase ledger
Benefits Hours 9am-5pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on a Friday. 1 hour for lunch Parking on site
