A vibrant, global business are recruiting a talented HR data manager with MI reporting and HR systems experience to come on board for a period of 12 months.
This role focuses on process mapping and data cleansing, managing the group HR system as a consolidation tool, managing HR data across the group and transferring surface interfaces to manual spreadsheets. The incumbent will need excellent stakeholder management skills with UK and International client groups and strong coaching skills to manage a team of 2 junior HR professionals. You will also be the point of contact for external systems suppliers.
The successful applicant will be hands on and have strong operational skills, along with the ability to work autonomously, whilst also leading a small team. Experience with the following would be advantageous: * Project Management experience & experience with process mapping and systems management * Advanced knowledge of excel * Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and software * Previous team management experience is preferable
