This UK wide market leader are seeking an Interim HR Analyst to join an established team of 4 for a minimum of 12 months initially (FTC) to based from offices in Crawley, West Sussex.
You will act as an internal point of contact for current system and process queries, requirements and reporting along with providing senior level support on the introduction of new HR systems and processes.
Responsibilities ·Take the lead in overseeing the day to day maintenance of current HR and Development systems Act as a senior internal point of contact for queries received from the HR team and business in relation to the above current systems - investigate and undertake appropriate action further to such queries. ·Run regular training sessions on current systems in place, both over WebEx and during attendance at regional team meetings. ·Take the lead in actioning upgrades, developments and enhancements required to current HR systems.
The role requires: ·A proven track record in an HR systems role. You will have a strong aptitude for data collation, report production and analysis, coupled with strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate/Advanced level understanding of Excel is essential.
This role offers a competitive salary of £40-44k plus benefits, and preferred start is June 2018.
