To support and execute International training at market level by delivering train the trainer materials to consultants and managers. To also work closely with both external organisations management and field team to develop and deliver direct sales business management training. Work closely with Hr and the retail training academy on order to support the delivery and improvement of all operational KPI's building on consistency, cross functional working and considering innovative way to train and develop our people.
The succesful candidate will be enthusiastic and motivated, you will be comfortable working in a multi national/cultural organisation and fully understand the formal structures, politics and culture that are integral to their operation. The ideal candidate will be a confident and experienced presenter who can communicate at all levels and have the abillity to inspire, train and develop others
