The business is constantly growing so this is a great role for someone to join a fast paced and busy team. Responsibilities will include:
·Calculation of fees and salaries for both contracted and employed staff ·Input fee & salary data into payroll system ·Calculation and payment of Contractors & Employees expenses ·Liaise with external payroll companies and accountants when required and respond to queries ·Assisting with any HR issues for our Contractors & Employees ·Issue contracts, contract renewals and document control
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy Payroll department, preferably with knowledge of UK/European employment / payroll legislation. You will have strong communication skills and a second language would be beneficial. This role will suit individuals with a professional manner, able to form lasting relationships with internal and external contacts. Systems used are Navision but is not essential / Excel (vlookup/Pivot tables)
