Have you got Pensions Business Development experience and looking for a new role in Sussex? Do you have a strong customer service background with a sales element? Our client is an award winning organisation within the Pensions Industry and they are currently looking to recruit a proactive Pensions (deskbased) Relationship Manager to join their busy team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for in-bound and outbound business development activity. Working to a co-ordinated plan of engagement to create quality working relationships with client portfolio to improve client retention and identify any opportunities. You will also need to providegood customer service; respond promptly to any queries within agreed SLA.

The ideal candidate will have gained previous experience of administration within financial services, or if not already have Defined Contribution scheme experience. Excellent customer service skills are also paramount. Plus, you will need to possess a basic understanding or Pension industry regulations and current legislation, as well as being ambitious with a drive to succeed and progress with your career. Other relevant qualifications that are desirable are FA1, FA2 & R04.
