A well established Pensions provider are seeking an experienced Pensions Business Development Team Manager to oversee 2 teams of 11 staff in total.

You must have an extensive background in Team Management within a Business Development/Relationship Management environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

* Managing all new client acquisition through to first file upload via in-bound and outbound telephone activity.
* Coordinating all inbound enquiries generated from web searches and marketing campaigns.
* Creating and executing an email and digital engagement strategy for client base.
* Creating, maintaining and communicating accurate management information and metrics reporting against departmental and organisational KPI's and objectives to the wider Business Development team.
* Coaching and mentoring team members to meet business objectives and for succession planning
