This highly regarded prestigious Financial Services organisation is seeking to recruit a talented Credit Controller on a FTC to join their Finance Department. The main responsibilities associated with this role would include but are not limited to:
*Taking responsibility of a large portfolio of clients *Responding to queries and ensuring payments are made on time *Monitoring and maintaining client accounts *Liaising with internal and external stakeholders *Providing high quality customer service *Prepare accounts for debt collection action and the administration around this *Raising invoices *Running late payment reports
Ideal candidates will possess experience within a Credit Controller role, preferably within the Financial Services industry, possess advanced Excel skills (particularly V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and IF Statements) and ideally have previous exposure to Oracle software, although this is not essential. This role would also be suited to a resilient character with a wealth of common sense and the ability to think outside of the box.
