This is a role that has come about after a period of sustained growth within the business, and you will be joining one of the company's productive and successful teams on a permanent basis; to provide administration for a high-profile Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
This is an well-varied Senior Pensions Administrator role; where you will be required to check the work of junior members within the team, and to delegate work to these team members to ensure deadlines are met, as well as coaching and training new staff, and continuing to promote the service and products of the client to the public. Plus, the position will also require you to collate and analyse data, present reports and summaries to the business, and to resolve escalated queries or complaints from scheme members
The successful candidate for this role will need to be an experienced, competent Pensions Administrator, who possesses a wealth of experience of working within the Pension industry on Defined Benefit schemes. It is also essential that you have good knowledge of Pensions legislation and procedures, have experience of coaching and training junior staff, and have the manual calculations experience to be able check work accurately and to tight deadlines.
