A well established Financial Services organisation are currently recruiting for multiple Pensions Administrators in their Darlington office. Permanent & Contract positions are available.
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
* Dealing with telephone calls in a timely, accurate and polite manner from scheme members & IFA's * Ensure records are kept up-to-date and benefits are paid within agreed timescales * Resolve queries within agreed timescales, using various forms of communication, both verbal and written. * Identify areas for improvements and propose amendments to processes and documentation as required.
To be considered for this role you must have some experience from within the Pensions industry.
