We are working with a business in East Grinstead that is looking for a Purchase ledger assistant for on a temporary basis for a month.
The role will be to assist the business and the Accounts team with a back log of *Ensure all invoices are signed per company procedure · Input supplier invoices in SAGE *Prepare supplier payments *Sending Suppliers Remittances *Reconciliation of Supplier Accounts to statements *Dealing with Supplier queries
