HR Analyst/HR Systems Administrator


This highly regarded and successful organisation are currently recruiting a Human Resources Analyst/HR Systems Administrator on a 6-7 months fixed term maternity cover contract in order to assist with the configuration and data integrity of our HR Information System

As part of this varied role, you will be our HR and Payroll System super-user, you will be supporting the HR Systems Manager in the further development and the general upkeep of the HR information system including cleansing data and undertaking audits to ensure data integrity. You will work together to undertake testing on product releases and upgrades, configuring these to the system to fit the needs of the department and the business.
You will help develop and maintain user procedures and guidelines as well as provide support in resolving problems and investigating user queries. Providing training to the wider team on system usage where required.
In addition, the systems administrator will handle the running of reports for different departments and key stakeholders and will therefore liaise with people within the business to understand their requirements and run bespoke reports/ analysis if required. There is also a good balance of routine/regular housekeeping tasks to be undertaken including payslip and employee archiving, clearing audit logs and much more.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate previous experience gained in an HR Systems Administration role. This experience should have been gained ideally working with an HR system, though candidates with experience gained with enterprise systems will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of HR practices, experience of HR reporting and analysis along with advanced Microsoft Office Skills.
