Alexander Lloyd are working with a expanding global organisation based on the outskirts of East Grinstead looking for a rounded Accounts Administrator to join a proactive hands on team.
We are specifically looking to speak to candidates who would be happy to take on a varied work load such as: ·Accounts Payable - Invoice processing, payment runs, matching and batching purchase orders ·Proactive credit control ·Participating in the reporting of financial accounts ·Assisting the head of marketing with events ·Providing administrative support to management when requested ·Shared responsibility to answer the telephone and assist with other assorted office duties ·Purchase office supplies and equipment
