A challenging yet exciting opportunity has arisen with a well known utilities business based in East Sussex for an experienced Reward Professional.
A broad and involving role supporting the Head of Reward undertake a complete overhaul of the reward strategy for this mid size business. You will be involved in ongoing projects such as salary surveys and job evaluations and will be expected to keep up to date with market trends, researching economic indicators and and pay deals in the market place.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced reward professional, with a breadth of experience across both compensation and benefits (although upcoming projects will be more cash focussed). You will also need to possess excellent analytical and numerical skill and be proficient with Excel.
