I am working with a Global organisation based in Sussex to support the design, management and administration of compensation and benefits programs with a specific focus on Global Functions. You will support the Global Rewards initiatives and framework including leading on a Global Rewards program/project.
Preparing and coordinate the process of salary revision, conduct regular analysis on the competitiveness of pay and social benefits practices. In addition lead salary review, bonus plans program, including data integrity, calculations, final analysis final approval and communication within business area.
It is essential you can manage relationships with service providers in order to ensure the best cost-benefit ratio on both global and regional scales. Also be able to Analyse market data & prepare proposal for pay ranges. Support the implementation of pay policies, procedures, and plans.
Salary: up to £60,000 Type: Permanent Bonus: 20%
