I am looking for an experienced, results driven and energetic HR Project Lead to provide frequent, clear and straight-forward support to the HR Leadership team in leading projects that will range from system changes to pay review and organisational change.
Working closely with the HR Leadership Team, you will have responsibility for the management and delivery of business critical projects, while also identifying risks, mitigations and opportunities to improve performance.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, in particular PM disciplines and project management methodology and reporting, as well as an interest in the work of HR and organisational development.
You will be a self-starter, able to work with initiative and unsupervised, while also challenging leaders in HR and ensuring the delivery of projects to budget and to time.
Ideally, you will be degree educated, though relevant experience and personality are just as important!
