This is an exciting, expansive, career-defining new role, where the client that we're working with - an award-winning Third Party Pensions administration and consultancy firm - are currently recruiting for an experienced Pensions Operations Manager to join the business in their Edinburgh office; to both oversee the productivity within this office and also set up a new office in a different Scottish location!

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience of working within a similar Pensions Management or Consultant role - being able to demonstrate that you have set up, restructured and/or led large teams and departments in the consistent high performance of a range of Pensions Administrators, whilst also being able to maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders alike. Alongside this, you will need to have experience of both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes, proven experience in all areas of the new business lifecycle (including formulating and writing proposals, preparing and delivering client pitches and subsequent client negotiations) and in-depth experience of operating within and contributing to compliance framework and administration processes. Previous line management experience is also required; such as completing training exercises, recruitment campaigns and appraisals,
