JOB DETAILS

Due to a period of growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader within the third party Pensions administration field, who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administration Consultant to join their successful team on a permanent basis.

This role is similar to a Team Manager position; within which you will be required to provide support and guidance to their teams of Pensions Administrators, ensuring that the work that they complete for clients is accurate and processed in line with strict service level agreements. Alongside this, you will have regular contact with clients - ensuring that they are happy with the service that they are given from this office - and you will also take a lead role in assessing current administrative procedures and looking at ways to improve efficiency within the teams.

The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven and confident of working in a high pressured environment, and will have gained previous experience of administering Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) Pensions schemes. You should have experience of working closely with clients and internal management teams - ensuring the delivery of accurate Pensions administration services - as well as being an accurate and effective communicator. Being PMI qualified (or qualified by experience) would also be advantageous.
