Alexander Lloyd are working with a leading organisation based in Surrey who are expanding their communications department looking for a creative and innovative external communications advisor.
This is a pivotal role responsible for developing creative and proactive ways of communicating to the organisations clients to improve brand awareness as a leader in HCM solutions, retain, grow clients and make a positive impact on client experience. This role will work closely with business leaders from all departments to develop innovative multi-channel marketing communications, keeping clients informed of legislation changes, development advancements and thought leadership in HCM. You will develop, implement and deliver a comprehensive external communications strategy working with the Internal Communications Specialist, Sales & Marketing Team and Corporate communications teams. In addition you will manage a calendar of external communication initiatives that keeps all teams clear on planned activity - ensure this is aligned with Internal Communication and Sales & Marketing initiatives. This role is suited to someone with strong communication, negotiation and diplomacy skills working with Senior Stakeholders including the Executive Leadership team.
