Our client on the outskirts of horsham is looking for a Finance Assistant to join them on a 6 months fixed term contract within their modern vibrant office.
Day to day responsibilities include: ·Sales ledger - ensure all sales invoices are recorded onto the accounting system ·Credit Control - ensuring payments are made on time ·Purchase ledger - processing invoices and ensuring all are authorised and coded correctly ·Expenses - recording expenses onto the system correctly ·Payment runs ·Bank reconciliations ·Assisting the Financial controller with financial analysis and reports
We are specifically looking to speak to individuals with strong purchase and sales ledger experience who are immediately available or available at short notice looking to make that next step into a challenging and diverse role. Due to the office location, this role does require a car driver.
