We are looking for a driven Finance Assistant to join the team on a full time, permanent basis working out of their Brighton office.
This is a broad role with the main duties including, but not limited to;
·Daily bank reconciliation
·Daily reporting on cash collections
·Monitoring and managing the finance and expenses inbox
·Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statements
·Processing and payment of staff expense claims
·Manage the filing of the department
·Other ad hoc duties as necessary
The ideal candidate for this position will;
·Have previous experience working within a finance department
·Be an effective team member with the ability to work on own initiative
·Have an understanding of how to approach internal and external queries
·Be an AAT studier, or willing to begin studies
·Previous use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel
