JOB DETAILS

A recognised, reputable Financial Planning organisation are currently recruiting for a Life & Pensions Administrator (aka IFA Sales Support) to join the business on a permanent basis.

Working with several leading Consultants in the business, you will be responsible for dealing with the administration of schemes in regards to various Life and Pensions products; including Personal and Corporate Pensions, Protection and Investments, mainly for High Net Worth clients. This will specifically include processing new joiner documentation and providing administrative support (booking appointments, conducting market research etc.) to the Consultants, as well as completing other general office administration tasks and resolving first-stage queries from a variety of stakeholders.

The successful applicant for this role will need to have a minimum 2 years experience working as an Administrator with a Wealth Management or Financial Advisory firm, where they will be able to demonstrate the capability for administering all policies and products accurately and efficiently. FPC (or part way to obtaining this) is preferred, as is specific experience of Avelo/1st Software, and candidates will also need good MS Office IT skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.
